As with your level before, you have thought about the theme of your level, however this does not meet the standards that are in an accepted level.
I would advise you to think more about the placement of the rings; The size in this case is much too big which makes the level not a lot of fun. Also, the coloured rings are not ideally placed adding to the frustration. The background is ok, however it is very simple. Simple background is fine as long as the level is well thought through and enjoyable. As well as the things above, the thumbnail must be taken of the full background in the background editing screen. Not when testing the level.
Don't worry though! This may seem like a lot, but you are close to reaching an acceptable level. Just keep on trying! :)
