  Well, looks like that even 17 is possible ;-)

  I feel like 18 is possibly not even maxed, but I have no idea how I did it. I can easily get 19 (I suspect that 19>18 is the same as 21>20 in terms of switching up the solution - 18 was a pure fluke xD)
