  I completed 402 levels but i am didn't got the JG2 CD.
Edit: 403, I got this award.

  Beat 1 level and got the award...yay 500 levels complete and 1552 levels to go

edit: check the award from my page, it seems to have a problem as its name is Jump Gear CD for me (and the CD is link to wikipedia)
