  Locally saved levels will still play on your computer, as the level data is saved locally - on your computer, and not to the site's level database, i.e. 'UPLOAD' button. It is only online levels which are restricted as the database file is corrupt and needs repairing (something to do with a server switch).

  I've been knocked off the members leaderboard (to level 10) since I was just buffered up by all my accepted levels :P

I was only a level or two away from creating 2000 accepted levels in Blockoban, too. Dang it!

  @IMR I know... We hopefully won't have much of an issue except a week long period of no levels :P (That would be the worst scenario apart from starting from scratch)

  To think of the loss if things can not restored is devastating. The levels I have created are Impossible to rebuild. I do not have them as local saves anymore. I can't imagine that most of the levels were locally saved. Whatever happens I hope everyone stays in touch.

  Also, we can't upload levels because you need a working level database to upload to.

@Simon: I hope so, if they don't, we have lost all of out levels :(.

  I presume server hosters backup their stuff, so we should be fine.

  [Manufan speaking] It's to do with the database and loading it. Levels are saved externally in database files (SQL I believe). If the database does crash and cannot be repaired then sadly all levels and scores will be lost. However, if the database can be recovered, it should be business as usual. :)
