  There's a character limit to the info texts... unlike JG2. D:

However, I'm still having trouble with the info spots. I've set the radius to 100, and I have sufficient time. Have I done something wrong?

  The only reason that some levels have line size below 4 is to demonatrate that small lines can work without gliches.

  Line size 3 and lower can only be done by hacking.

  For the invisible lines, see Edit in the Help tab
For big infos, change the radius of the info item
I have no idea what you mean by the one square

  I have some questions:

Can you make an invisible wall? If so, how?
How can you make ONE info spot have one big message at one time?
Can you make a wall that's only one grid square big? If so, how?
