  @The two of you, you're supposed to have the electricity at the second-to-last persistent power node (the one before the last one-second power cable delay) which gives you 1.3 seconds to make it xD

EDIT: Can I also note here that the logic for this took me ages to figure out, mostly how to force the user to have to have all checkpoints light up at the same time to finish the level xO

  The actual hard part for me was to get quick enough to the finish^^ Great level, I like it :)
