  Thanks to whoever actually constructed that message, though I do believe it is Treazer's. I cannot actually get 5, but I know what you mean by combining the 2 moves into one, I just can't get the start.

  You already need at least 4 moves for every colored block (except pink of course) in total. You mustn't move the whites manually, but you need to remove the white icy block in order to be able to place all the blocks above their corresponding targets.
To achieve that, you have one move (all in all 5 moves now).
Consider though, that you can combine two moves by making use of the icy mechanic.

  How is it possible in 5 moves?
