It was something to do with moving blocks up-->moving block through-->moving block down-->moving other block back into it

  Well what is the way then?

  Oh....just realized how you guys were solving it........not suppossed to be that way...... :/

  Probably it was rated low because "it is a boring level" if you know what I mean.
But I like it, 4.
