  Go to the edge of the moon and drag it bigger / smaller
The two buttons are only to move the moons to the foreground - background.

  I select it,i see two buttons,i hold one,nothing happens.

  When you select the moon it has an red frame. Hold the frame and make the moon bigger or smaller.

  How do u shrink or grow moons in the lvl creator?

  Well jp is an admin so he can add as well if he wants to,
oh, and btw, we all know that you can use syntax, you don't have to use some in every single post you make!

  JP doesn't add trusted members, the of the games (not jp) chooses Members. Well jp might choose some but it's the admin lvl 1's who do.
