What about semi-private topics
The topic creator chooses who can look at the topic

Featured Topics could be put on the Home Page and at the top of the forum

Maybe you could have something like "Topics Watched" so when a topic is old, you don't have to look for it, you just click there and find the topic.

I like the 'topic creator is topic admin' and 'html section' and 'normal game section'

I agree with demonicyoshi, that would be really helpful.
But you can always bookmark your favorite topics. :)

I think there should be a favorite button, so that way you can easily find topics that you enjoy without haveing to search through the long list of topics.

Yes, an automatic censorer would be good...
If someone says the "F word" it could be "****" or "&#%!"
or something... Or maybe... "Beeep!" or "BOBBA"! xD
No.... "OMG! This is a bad word! Don't use it! >:(". :P

Well, those are suggestions who are in the forums, emoticons,word cencoring etc. are classic for normal forums.

JP, maybe you can make an automatical cencorer on the site ?
It detects word and changes in a word the admin chosed it to change, and iot can also be used to make emoticons and abrevations.

Something like...

"My topics" under where it says "Chat!" in the forums.

In this topic you can say exactly what you want to be added on the forum. Maybe jp will lisent to the good, ideas but of course some of them will be to hard to code, or something else. One of my suggestions is: Help for game creators, (Help whit Flash, and other things you need help whit about a game you are making).
